The Cartier Panthère de Cartier WGPN0059 is the small-model Panthère in 750/1000 yellow gold, a watch that Cartier describes as both a timepiece and a jewel. The model dates from the 1980s and takes its name from the supple bracelet, which recalls the Maison’s panther. Its soft lines and fully gold look make it a refined, understated piece.

The square case measures 23 mm x 30 mm and is 6 mm thick. A silvered dial carries black Roman numerals and blued steel sword-shaped hands, while the crown is set with a blue sapphire cabochon. The five-row bracelet is also made of 750/1000 yellow gold. Cartier rates the watch water-resistant to 3 bar, about 30 metres.
