The Patek Philippe Nautilus 5740/1G-001 is the white gold Nautilus perpetual calendar with a blue dial. It was introduced in 2018 as the first grand complication in the Nautilus collection. It combines a sporty integrated design with a complex calendar, and it is the thinnest perpetual calendar Patek Philippe makes.

The case is made of white gold and has a 40 mm case diameter. At only 8.42 mm thick, it slides easily under a shirt cuff. The blue sunburst dial carries the horizontal embossed pattern, white gold baton indices and baton hands, both with a white luminescent coating. The white gold bracelet closes with a patented fold-over clasp and has a lockable adjustment system. The watch is water-resistant to 30 m.

Inside runs the self-winding Caliber 240 Q with a 22K gold mini-rotor. It shows the day, date, month, leap year, 24-hour indication and moon phase, with a power reserve of 38 to 48 hours.
